Afterschool
NEW Kid’s Klub (K5- 2nd Grade)
We here at the Y understand the needs for each individual age child, that’s why we’ve developed the new Kid’s Klub. This school-age child care program is designed especially for children K5 through 2nd grade that will operate during afterschool hours. Kid’s Klub will offer a daily healthy snack and devotion, character development, and homework time. In addition, your child will choose which extra curricular activity they would like to participate in each day. “Fun Friday” will allow your child to choose between many fun activities such as: swimming, movie time, sports, games and much more! We will be picking up from all District 50 elementary schools . This program will be held at Rivers Street Campus of St Mark United Methodist Church.

Kid’s Kollege (3rd-5th Grade)
Graduate on up to the new and improved Kid’s Kollege! This school-age child care program has been developed especially for 3rd through 5th graders. This program will be held at the Greenwood Family YMCA’s main campus and will operate during afterschool hours. Each day Kid’s Kollege will offer a healthy snack, devotion, character development, homework time and an extra curricular activity of the participant’s choice. This dynamic revamped program will be utilizing the YMCA’s indoor rockwall, basketball gyms and swimming pool each week. This program will be serving students from all District 50 elementary schools.

Teen University: Middle School
Grades: 6th – 8th Grade
Welcome to YMCA Teen University! This program is for Middle School age youth that will operate during afterschool hours. Teen University will offer a daily healthy snack, devotion, character development, and homework time. Your child will be able to participate in organized activities such as sports, game play, and an introduction to South Carolina Youth and Government programs. There will be opportunities for service projects and even time to “hangout” in a safe environment.

Fee: $50 Registration Fee
Members – $36/week $22.00/3 days
Non-Member – $61/week $47.00/3 days
In Service Days/School Holidays
Grades: K5 – 8th Grade
*For those not enrolled in Kid’s Klub, Kids Kollege or Teen Univ.
If you need a safe and fun location for your child during an in service day or school holiday, let them join us at the YMCA. Each child must pack a lunch, two snacks, swim suit and a towel each day. Winter and Spring camps are not included.

Kids Night Out
Ages: 5 – 12 years old
Enjoy an evening out or relax at home while we entertain the kids with swimming, climbing wall, crafts, games, snacks and more! Register by the Thursday prior to the scheduled evening to avoid late fee or cancellation. We will also provide dinner and small breakfast snack. SPACE IS LIMITED SO REGISTER EARLY!
