2017-2018 Y Afterschool Programs

The YMCA Afterschool Programs allow children to grow personally, to clarify values, develop specific skills, improve personal and family relationships, become better leaders, and appreciate diversity, but most of all to HAVE FUN! The YMCA is committed to family life, helping members grow and function together so they can make the best of their own unique family. Our programs are designed to be more than just supervision. Our challenge is to demonstrate caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in everything we do. We offer anything from arts/crafts and STEM projects to service learning and team building. Our Afterschool Programs provide the perfect balance of fun, learning, and physical development in a safe and value-centered atmosphere. We encourage you to inquire about all of our school age programs, as well as our scholarship assistance.

Registration Fee: $25.00 per child

$55.00 per week
Non-Member: $88.00 per week

Member: $40.00 per week
Non-Member: $69.00 per week

A Completed application or updated information must include:
1.  Up to date scholarship form
2.  A copy of 2017 Income Tax form
3.  Membership Application
4.  Afterschool Registration Forms.

Scholarships are distributed based upon need and availability. If you have any questions regarding financial assistance contact Angie at 223-9622

The YMCA must be notified by 1:00pm if your child will NOT be attending the program that day (223-9622). We recognizes that, from time to time, participants may need to withdraw from the afterschool program due to unforeseen circumstances. Tuition will not be prorated based on daily attendance.

Care is provided when school is out.
Those students currently enrolled in our Afterschool program do not pay extra for inservice days and are automatically enrolled.

Those students that need care during school in-service days should register at the front desk. Each child must pack a lunch, morning snack, swim suit and a towel each day. The program begins at 7:00am and ends at 6:00pm at the YMCA.

7:00-9:00am and 3:45-6:00pm is drop off and pick up time at the Fun Zone entrance.
9:00am – 3:45pm is programmed activity.

Daily In-Service Rate
Member – $25.00
Non-Member – $40.00

We will offer care on early release days. Those that are enrolled in the program will be picked up by bus as usually and brought to the YMCA for care at no additional charge.

Those that need care and ARE NOT currently enrolled in our program can register at the YMCA. IF seats ARE available on the bus from their school, we will bus them to the YMCA. If seats ARE NOT available on the bus, you will be responsible for picking them up at their school and bringing them to the YMCA for care. We will contact you on Monday, the week of the early release, if space is available on the bus.

Member – $15.00
Non-Member – $30.00

Drop-off & Pick-Up Schedule:
7:00 – 9:00am – Children are signed in at the side Fun Zone Entrances
9:00am – 3:45pm – Children need to be taken to the Front Desk and Signed into the program
3:45 – 6:00pm – Children are signed out at the side Fun Zone Entrance
