Team Fit Program

Loose Weight …Win Prizes

Team Fit is a 10-week weight loss competition. Teams of four or individuals compete to loose the highest percentage of weight during the competition. Prizes will be given to the top 20% of teams and the overall male and female at the end of the competition.

Sprint Triathlon/Duathlon & Kid’s Triathlon

13th Annual Sprint Triathlon/Duathlon &
9th Annual Kid’s Triathlon- Saturday, April 21, 2012.

We will again offer a Duathlon for the ADULTS, which will consists of a 1 mile run, followed by the same bike and run course as the triathlon.

Youth and Teen Fitness Orientations

Youth Orientations for ages 10-12:
Meets one evening each month. Dates are available at Front Desk.

*Please call to register.

After completing this one session orientation youth members ages 10 – 12 may use the cardio area. A fitness coach will be available to monitor and assist youth with cardiovascular workouts. Parents and youth must complete the fitness orientation and receive an approved badge prior to any workouts.

Teen Orientation for ages 13-15:
Meets two evenings each month. Dates available at Front Desk.

Teen members ages 13 and older may use the fitness center without adult supervision, after they have completed the two session fitness orientation and received an approved badge


Massage Therapy

Relax your mind . . . Relieve your body . . . Enhance your health! We are now offering massage therapy customized to your individual needs by Jackie Gurley, LMT. Call 864-980-1910 to schedule an appointment.

Prices:
Member $25/1/2 hour, $40/hour
Non-Member $30/1/2 hour, $50/hour


Personal Training For Two

A great way to get the benefits of personal training and enjoy it with a friend, spouse, co-worker or even your teenager.

Prices:
1 Session $25 each / 6 Sessions $138 each / 12 Sessions $235 each


Personal Training

YMCA Personal Trainers will provide members with a premium personalized fitness training experience. It is a fee-based program designed to benefit you by providing hourly sessions with a certified personal training specialist. Initially, our personal trainers will screen and evaluate the member’s fitness level. Then a well-designed, individualized exercise program will be administered through safe and effective one-on-one consultations. Sign up and schedule your appointment at Member Services.

Get your heart pumping and your muscles revved with Yoga, ZUMBA® or a variety of other fitness classes. Group Exercise is a fantastic way to stay on track.

If you are just starting a fitness program or just curious about your fitness level, you can have your fitness level tested. Your aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition will be assessed, followed by a consultation to assist you in matching the activities which best suit your need and goals.
